By purchasing a newsletter subscription or visiting this website you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We accept credit/debit cards, the payment provider Stripe, and invoices paid via bank transfers.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (if any). Subscriptions are a one-off payment for the cost of the subscription for the length of the subscription period.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period and payment will be taken on credit card or via an invoice and you will be notified when this occurs. You may cancel a renewal prior to the due date by writing to info@mcewen.co.nz and requesting this.

If you decide to terminate your subscription prior to the end of the subscription period, a refund for any unsent issues will be made. This applies to subscriptions that are purchased at the full price; discounted or special offers are not eligible for a refund. Requests for cancellations will be actioned as soon as possible; however, any refund given may take up to 60 days.

If you receive a promotional telephone call from a representative and you sign up to a subscription during that telephone call, you will have five working days to cancel your subscription without penalty. If you cancel the subscription, any money you have already paid toward the subscription will be refunded to you. Please note this termination clause only applies to subscription offers made via telemarketing.
